Terms & Conditions for Prospective Sponsors
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals, companies, or institutions with a Spanish or Spain-related brand identity or interest in supporting Spanish filmmakers and creative talent.
2. Application & Monthly Sponsorship
  • All prospective sponsors must pay a non-refundable application fee to be considered.
  • Upon approval, sponsors will be required to initiate a monthly contribution based on their selected sponsorship tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Custom).
  • MAXTV® reserves the right to approve or deny sponsorship applications at its sole discretion.
3. Sponsorship Tiers & Visibility
  • Sponsors receive brand placement on MAXTV’s® official media platforms, including website, social channels, printed materials, and select events.
  • Tiered sponsorships define visibility level, logo size, positioning, and optional co-branding opportunities.
  • All use of logos, trademarks, or brand imagery must be pre-approved before publication.
4. Use of Funds
  • Contributions directly support filmmaker promotion, original content development, festival entry fees, event production, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Reports and impact summaries may be provided upon request to demonstrate sponsorship impact.
5. Creative Autonomy
  • Sponsors may receive consultation and collaboration opportunities depending on tier, but do not have editorial or creative control over content.
  • All programming and content decisions remain at the discretion of the MAXTV® editorial team and participating filmmakers.
6. Term, Renewal & Cancellation
  • Sponsorship terms last for 12 months, with monthly billing based on the agreed tier.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to a 30-day processing period.
  • Renewal discussions may begin 60 days before the term ends.
7. Legal & Tax
  • All sponsorships will be formalized via an agreement outlining terms, billing, and deliverables.
  • Sponsors are responsible for any tax implications or reporting based on their legal jurisdiction.
