Terms and Conditions

MAXTV (maxtv.com) is operated by Maxworld, Inc. (“MAXTV”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions explain how we publish, share, and remove the content that creatives submit to MAXTV. By submitting content to MAXTV, you agree to these terms.
1. Your content
These terms apply to anyone who submits a profile, a work, or related material to MAXTV (“you”). “Your content” means everything you send us: videos and links to videos, images, stills, trailers, posters, biographies, names, credits, and any other information about you or your work.
2. You keep ownership
You keep all rights to your content. Submitting it to MAXTV does not transfer ownership to MAXTV, and you are free to keep publishing your work anywhere else.
3. Permission to publish on maxtv.com and Instagram
When you submit your content, you give MAXTV a non-exclusive, worldwide permission to publish, display, and share it on:
- the website maxtv.com, including its pages, listings, and creator profiles; and
- MAXTV’s Instagram account, @maxtv_com.
This permission covers your name, profile, biography, and photos, as well as stills, excerpts, and trailers used to present your work. We may adapt the format to fit each channel, for example by resizing or cropping images or shortening a description, without changing the meaning of your work. The permission lasts until your content is removed under these terms.
4. No payment during our introductory phase
MAXTV is in an introductory phase. During this phase, we do not charge you to publish your content, we do not pay you for it, and we do not charge viewers to watch it. Publishing your content on MAXTV does not entitle you to payment, royalties, or any other compensation.
5. Future monetization
We plan to introduce ways to earn revenue from MAXTV in the future. These may include advertising, sponsorship, paid access, or sharing revenue with creatives. Before any of these applies to your content, we will publish the new terms on this page and let you know by email at least 30 days in advance. New terms that involve earning revenue from your content will apply to it only if you accept them. If you do not accept them, we will not earn revenue from your content, and you can still ask us to remove it at any time as described in section 7.
6. Our right to remove content
Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published. MAXTV may decide not to publish any content, and may remove any content from maxtv.com or from @maxtv_com at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
7. Your right to have your content removed
You can ask us to remove your content at any time. Write to us at max@maxworldinc.com or through our Contact page, and tell us your name and which content you want removed. We will remove it from maxtv.com and from @maxtv_com within 72 hours of receiving your request.
Once your content is removed, the permission described in section 3 ends for that content. We cannot control copies that other people have already shared, downloaded, or reposted, or copies that search engines and other services keep for a time. We may keep a record of your submission and of your request where we need it to meet our legal obligations.
8. Your responsibilities
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you own your content or have every permission needed to submit it and to give MAXTV the permission in section 3, including for music, footage, artwork, and any other material created by others;
- everyone who appears in your content has agreed to appear in it and to its publication; and
- your content does not infringe anyone’s rights and does not break the law.
If we receive a claim that your content infringes someone’s rights, we may remove it immediately while the claim is reviewed.
9. Rights claims
If you believe that content on maxtv.com or @maxtv_com infringes your rights, write to max@maxworldinc.com and tell us which content is concerned and why. We will review your claim and remove the content if appropriate.
10. Other platforms
Some videos on MAXTV are hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or other services, and Instagram is operated by Meta. Those platforms have their own terms. MAXTV is not responsible for them, or for content that is changed or removed on them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version and its date will always be available on this page. If you do not agree with a change, you can ask us to remove your content as described in section 7.
